Booked from 15.00 a friday without any info that I need to be there at exactly the time I booked. We arrived at 16:15 a Friday and the place was closed. When we called the 7/24 number we got info that the car is no longer available. On the digital voucher there is a link to pick-up info. Nothing there informed about the time window for pick-up. When we got home I read through all the "text in small letters" that I could find on the home page only. There on page NN I found that the pick-up must happen within a window that are different on different places. No info about Luleå.
I got no money back except from the insurance.
I have also read about persons who are late in flights who have experienced the same scenario.
Do not ever use Rentalcars as your rental supplier.
We went to Hertz instead the day after and our CX was very good.
